Privacy notice and League terms.
Effective 21 August 2026. Pilot version for approval before registration opens.
Who is responsible
Keithos 30 is responsible for the rider portal and Monthly League information described here. Questions and data-rights requests can be sent to league@keithos.co.uk. The final controller and processor arrangements with participating gyms must be confirmed before the pilot opens.
Information we use
We collect your email address, chosen League name, home club, body weight, current FTP, scheduled-class attendance information, TCX activity file, two class-summary screenshots, calculated metrics, score and private personalised coaching feedback, account security records and an audit trail. If you choose to provide it, we also collect your private class-experience feedback: selected likes, areas that could be better and additional comments. Heart-rate, VO₂max and video are not required or intentionally collected in this pilot.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, match a submission to the class just completed, calculate and verify a class-specific score, generate private feedback about strengths and improvement priorities, investigate anomalies, prevent duplicate or late submissions and publish the Monthly League. Optional class-experience answers are used to improve the coaching, structure and delivery of future classes and do not affect your League score. Participation is optional. Because activity, FTP and weight information may reveal information about fitness or health, registration asks for explicit consent to process it for these purposes. You can withdraw consent, but we may then be unable to keep you in the League.
What other riders see
The Monthly League shows only your chosen League name, home club, score and number of published results. Your detailed score components, coaching feedback, optional class-experience answers, email, weight, FTP, screenshots and TCX file remain restricted to you and authorised instructors or administrators.
Passkeys and device biometrics
If you create a passkey, Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint recognition or your device PIN is handled by your own phone or password manager. Keithos 30 receives a cryptographic credential and does not receive or store your fingerprint, face image or device PIN. Email verification remains available as a fallback.
Retention and security
Uploaded TCX and screenshot evidence will be deleted 90 days after the relevant Monthly League is finalised, unless it is needed to resolve a live query. Account, published score, private feedback and audit information will be reviewed and deleted or anonymised after 24 months without activity. Access is protected with HTTPS, passwordless authentication, restricted evidence storage, role-based instructor access and an audit trail. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Scores and feedback are generated from documented rules and can be reviewed by the instructor; they are not used to make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
League submission rules
- Use your own activity from the scheduled class just completed.
- Submit one TCX file and two legible screenshots—activity totals and zone distribution—within two hours of the class ending.
- Record between 90% and 110% of the scheduled duration and have a current FTP effective on the class date.
- Only one submission is accepted per rider per class. Duplicate TCX files are rejected.
- Automated checks may refer a result to the instructor. The instructor may verify it, mark it ineligible or request clarification.
- Verified scores are normally published the following day. FTP changes apply to future classes and do not retrospectively alter earlier scores.
- The League is intended to reward execution of the class objective. Safety, coaching instructions and personal capability always take priority over score.
