Keithos 30 · 5/5 Series

Five classes. Five objectives.

The programme can repeat as a rolling cycle, while the Monthly League runs independently. Every class keeps its own purpose and evidence-based scoring profile and private personalised feedback.

Week 1 · Control
01

Foundation Control

Technique. Control. Zone accuracy.

Build a dependable performance base through smooth cadence, controlled power and accurate transitions. Success means settling into the required zones without unnecessary spikes.

TechniqueCadence controlZone accuracyTransitions

Scoring emphasis: control, target-zone accuracy and consistent execution.

Week 2 · Power
02

Strength Power

Sustained resistance. Strength and power.

Develop force through controlled resistance while preserving an efficient pedal stroke. The objective is sustainable strength—not uncontrolled peaks.

ResistanceTorqueSustained powerForm

Scoring emphasis: sustained relative power, appropriate cadence and technique under load.

Week 3 · Intervals
03

HIIT Performance

High-intensity intervals. Recover. Repeat.

Deliver repeated high-quality efforts and recover sufficiently to reproduce them. One exceptional interval matters less than a well-executed series.

High intensityRecoveryRepeatabilityPrecision

Scoring emphasis: interval execution, recovery discipline and repeatable performance.

Week 4 · Race
04

Race Challenge

Pacing. Execution. Performance.

Use judgement as demands change, manage effort across the whole class and finish strongly. Performance is rewarded when it is supported by intelligent pacing.

PacingDecision-makingPerformanceFinish

Scoring emphasis: pacing, complete-class execution and performance relative to FTP.

Week 5 · Endurance
05

Climb

Sustained climbing strength and endurance.

Hold purposeful resistance and steady climbing power for longer blocks. The challenge is to combine strength, control and endurance without losing form.

Climbing strengthEnduranceSteady powerControl

Scoring emphasis: sustained climbing power, endurance and disciplined cadence.

Ride the objective, not the leaderboard. Extra time in a harder zone does not automatically create a better score. Your private feedback explains how closely you met the purpose of the class and what to concentrate on next.
