Train to your numbers.
A five-class rolling programme for intermediate and advanced riders who want structure, measurable progress and private feedback that turns every result into a practical next step.
Before your first class
Set up the Keiser app
Download the Keiser app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, then enter the required details to create your rider profile. Bring your phone to every class and connect the app to your bike before the session begins. If you have any questions or experience a connection problem, speak to your instructor before the class starts. If the app is not working or does not connect to the bike, your activity may not be recorded.
Establish your FTP
Functional Threshold Power anchors your personal training zones. A formal assessment provides the baseline used from its effective date.
Keep your rider data current
Body weight combines with FTP to establish your baseline W/kg. Accurate inputs support fairer analysis.
Check recording before class
Confirm that power and cadence are being captured. A complete activity record is required for League eligibility.
What the analysis uses
No single number describes a complete ride. Keithos combines the recorded data with the objective of the scheduled class.
Personal intensity
Power is interpreted against the FTP that was current on the class date, rather than raw watts alone.
Execution
Time in zone, cadence and changes in effort show how accurately the class profile was followed.
Progress
Performance can be compared with the rider's own valid results while preserving each class objective.
FTP updates are forward-looking.
When a rider completes a new FTP assessment, the new baseline applies to later classes. Earlier verified results are not retrospectively recalculated.
