One Monthly League

A League that coaches you back.

Every result passes the same eligibility checks, receives the scoring profile designed for the class completed and produces private personalised feedback.

How the pilot score is built

Validation first. Scoring second.

The pilot algorithm is transparent and will be calibrated against real class data before its class-specific weights are finalised.

01

Eligibility gate

The upload must match the scheduled class, arrive within two hours, include all three files, be unique and contain at least 90% of the expected activity duration.

02

Personal baseline

Power is interpreted using the rider's FTP and W/kg baseline effective on the class date. A later FTP retest does not alter historical scores.

03

Objective fit

Power, cadence, time and zones are assessed against the intended structure of that class. Unrequested intensity does not earn automatic credit.

04

Comparable score

Class-specific weights translate different objectives to a common 100-point scale, enabling results to contribute to one Monthly League.

Five scoring profiles.

The same evidence is analysed differently because each class is designed to develop a different capability.

ClassPrimary evidenceWhat quality looks like
Foundation ControlZones, cadence, transitionsAccurate, controlled and stable execution
Strength PowerRelative power, cadence, sustained blocksPurposeful resistance with maintained form
HIIT PerformanceWork intervals and recoveriesRepeatable high-quality efforts
Race ChallengePacing and whole-class power profileIntelligent distribution and a strong finish
ClimbSustained power, cadence and durationControlled climbing strength and endurance
Core principle: Keithos rewards the best-executed ride—not necessarily the strongest rider.
Private personalised feedback

Your score tells you where you finished. Your feedback tells you what to do next.

Every verified ride produces a private coaching report based on the same class-specific evidence used for scoring.

01

What went well

Your strongest calculated areas are identified and explained.

02

Where to improve

The report highlights the highest-value opportunity rather than simply asking for more power.

03

Your next objective

You receive one practical, class-specific action to carry into your next session.

Detailed feedback remains private to the rider and authorised instructors. Other riders see only the published League information.
